It usually takes 7-10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) once the return has been received for a refund or an exchange to be processed.
- Enter your Order Number and the Postcode your order was shipped to and then click Proceed (you can find your Order Number in your Confirmation Email or by logging into your Hell Bunny account)
- Tick the item(s) you wish to return, choose your Return Reason from the drop-down list and then select whether you are returning the item(s) for a refund or an exchange
- If you are returning the item(s) for an exchange, please specify the item size and/or colour you want in exchange in the 'What would you like to exchange?' box
- Once all of the required information has been added, click Proceed
- Select your return method
- You will have the choice of printing your Returns Label at home or in-store with CollectPlus
- Take your parcel to the drop off point (this will be explained once you select your return method) or arrange a collection from home (US only)

Please Note: If you are returning via post outside of the UK please add the original Waybill Number (tracking number) to the invoice to notify UK customs that your parcel is a return
